Salon Policies ~
Salon products and gift items are non refundable. Exchange for items within 30 days from purchase with receipt.
Salon Services ~
- There is a 48 hr. rescheduling policy, or a charge of 50% of the service missed will be charged at the next visit. If you are more than 15min. late for an appointment the service may not be able to be done in full or may need to be rescheduled completely. This will insure that we are on time for the next appointment. The 50 % charge will be applied for late appointments that are not able to be done on the day scheduled for.
- If there is a service that you are not satisfied with, you must present it to the contractor at the time of service. If you are dissatisfied after leaving the salon we need to be notified within 24 hrs. You must reschedule the appointment within 5 days to resolve the issue.
